The preliminary hearing is on hold until the California Supreme Court can answer an appeal regarding an action by the judge. David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress continue to face baseless criminal charges from the CA Attorney General’s office. The charges stem from CMP’s 2015 investigative exposé into Planned Parenthood's involvement with illegal fetal tissue trafficking. Xavier Becerra brought this case just months after then AG, Kamala Harris (who has a long-standing relationship with Planned Parenthood), ordered a home raid on Daleiden’s apartment. The “does,” including many abortionists, will be called to testify under oath on their participation in the harvesting and selling of baby body parts!
